This being my 2nd child I feel I have really noticed a difference in the service I have received. I have a much better understanding and Claire is really good to reassure and answer any questions I might have.

I managed to get info when I needed it. However I had different midwives.

When I gave birth staff were amazing-many thanks to Amanda and MSW Gemma <3. However when staff changed for night shift-staff were unfriendly and I felt neglected. One MSW was really unhelpful and rude.- Didn't help me in toilet. Did things begrudgingly.

I've always been able to access support and the other contracted have been happy to answer question and I have never felt like a pest. Lots of time given at antenatal appointment.
